Journal Elections and Political Parties (JEPP) is an open-access journal, ensuring that all articles are freely available to researchers, academics, and the public without any subscription fees. To cover the costs of publication, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

What Does the APC Cover?

• Editorial processing and peer review management.
• Professional copyediting, layout, and typesetting.
• DOI registration for each published article.
• Permanent online archiving and open-access availability.
• Website maintenance and journal platform costs.

Payment Procedure

Once an article is accepted, the corresponding author will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Payment can be made via:

• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment (e-wallet, virtual account)

Authors must confirm their payment by sending proof of transfer at the contact information.

Waiver Policy

We understand that financial limitations may affect some authors. Therefore, a partial or full waiver of APC may be available for:

• Authors from developing countries.
• Students and early-career researchers with financial constraints.
• Special cases approved by the editorial board.

To request a waiver, please submit a formal application with justification to the editorial team before manuscript acceptance.

Refund Policy

APC payments are non-refundable once an article has been processed and published. If an article is withdrawn after acceptance, no refund will be provided.
