Withdrawal of Manuscript
Wedya Journal of Multidisciplinary upholds the integrity of the publication process. Authors are advised to carefully consider their decision before submitting a manuscript. However, if withdrawal is necessary, the following policies apply.
Manuscript Withdrawal Conditions
- Authors may request withdrawal before peer review begins without any penalty.
- Once under peer review, withdrawal is allowed only under exceptional circumstances and with editorial approval.
- If the manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance, authors must provide a valid justification.
- Frequent or unethical withdrawals may lead to restrictions on future submissions.
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw a manuscript, authors must submit a formal withdrawal request to the editorial office, including the manuscript title, submission ID, and reason for withdrawal.
Penalties for Unethical Withdrawal
- Manuscripts withdrawn after acceptance without valid reasons may incur a penalty.
- Authors involved in repeated unethical withdrawals may be blacklisted.
