Peer Review Process
The editor-in-chief will conduct an initial review (1-3 weeks), taking into account the following: Appropriateness to the focus and scope of the manuscript, significance of the manuscript, and Conformity of the manuscript to the guidelines. Next, the section editor will find suitable reviewers for the manuscript. After that, the manuscript will be distributed to external reviewers through a single-blind peer-review process (4-8 weeks). The external reviewers will comment on the manuscript and make the following recommendations, (1) Accepted, (2) Minor revisions, (3) Significant revisions, (4) Rejected entirely. Subsequent manuscript decisions are editorially determined. |
